In connection with the full-scale invasion of the territory of Russia, the President, as Commander-in-Chief, took a number of measures to preserve the integrity of the state and ensure the security of civilians.
In particular, we can talk about the imposition of martial law, urgent negotiations with representatives of other countries, a direct order to inflict maximum losses on the enemy, warnings of information warfare by the occupiers.
