Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine could not have any diplomatic relations with the aggressor country, which cynically attacked an independent state and violated the integrity and inviolability of the territory.
The President also addressed the conscious citizens of Russia and called to choose their own path. In particular, he hopes that people who are tired of the arbitrariness of the current government and the conduct of aggressive actions against other states should go to rallies in all cities to end the war.
