Russian shelling of the evacuation of Mariupol has forced its postponement, and has violated the bilateral agreement to establish a humanitarian corridor leading out of the city.

Quote: “Due to the fact that the Russian side does not adhere to the ceasefire and continues to shell both Mariupol and its suburbs, the evacuation of the population is postponed for security reasons.
We ask all Mariupol residents to disperse and go to places of shelters.
More information about the evacuation will be posted soon. Negotiations with the Russian Federation are currently underway to establish a ceasefire and ensure a secure humanitarian corridor.
