In Odessa on March 21, Russian warships fired on residential buildings. The spokesman of Odessa OVA Sergiy Bratchuk reported about it.
The shells hit at least two homes on the coast around 6 a.m., damaging a residential complex and a small private home. Some shells hit the ground. The fire was fired from two ships.
Locals were hiding in the covered parking lot of the residential complex – the air alarm went off about half an hour before the hits.
During a briefing, Mayor Gennady Trukhanov said that one person was slightly injured in the morning shelling. He also added that windows flew out of nearby apartment buildings.
