The occupiers ran over pedestrians in the Sumy region. A father was killed and a mother and 15-year-old son were injured. The Office of the Prosecutor General reported this.

“According to the investigation, on March 27 at 5:15 pm a convoy of Russian military equipment was moving on the highway outside the village of Chumakove, Sumy region. Ignoring international law, the Russian serviceman deliberately ran over pedestrians walking in the same direction. As a result, the family suffered. A 15-year-old boy and his mother were injured and a 33-year-old man died of his injuries in hospital. The case was opened under the article “violations of the laws and crimes of war.”
