The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmyla Denisova reported this on the social network Facebook.
“Five buses came under enemy fire when they tried to drive into the besieged city to evacuate people. Only civilian volunteers were on the bus,” Denisova wrote.
