On March 31, Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmyla Denisova said that near the village of Mala Rohan (near Kharkiv), the occupiers took control of the highway and staged a real terror – shooting more than 20 civilian cars with people. She also stressed that the tragedy occurred in late February, but learned about it only after the liberation of the village.
