“Over the course of the day, russian troops carried out around 66 strikes from artillery, mortars, and MLRS. Saltivka, Piatykhatky, Kholodna Hora, Pisochyn, Zolochiv, Balakliia, and Derhachi were affected. Rescuers extinguished fires in residential buildings, storage facilities, and at other civilian infrastructure facilities.
Russian shelling affected civilians: 11 people were killed, including a 7-year-old child, and 14 were wounded. Healthcare workers in the Kharkiv region are providing the necessary medical assistance and fighting for the lives of the wounded civilians.”
Syniehubov noted that russian reconnaissance aircraft are active in the Kharkiv region. On 10 April, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed one such aircraft – an Orlan UAV.
russian occupying forces are also actively using delayed-action mines. These mines do not explode immediately – only when a person or another moving body touches them, making them more dangerous.
