Russia is preparing to carry out a provocation in Ukraine with the use of chemical weapons. The Kremlin intends to blame the Armed Forces of Ukraine for this. This became known from the statement of the
representative of the Russian Federation Oleksandr Shulgin, which he made on the air of one of the Russian TV channels.
According to him, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv and the entire Donetsk region may be under threat. At the same time, he indicated that Moscow had sent a note to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons about the preparation of a provocation with chemical weapons in Ukraine.

“We have already sent a corresponding note to the technical secretariat, informed about the plans of provocation being prepared in Mykolaivka (Donetsk region -ed),” Shulgin said.
