On July 13, the Russian occupying forces struck 21 settlements in the Donetsk region, resulting in the deaths and injuries of civilians. This was reported to the National Police.
During the day, law enforcement officers recorded 33 Russian shellings. According to the police, the Russians hit the houses and civilian infrastructure with NURS missiles, Kh59mk, S-300 air defense systems, Grad, Smerch, Uragan rocket launchers, and artillery.

According to the head of the Oblast Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, 3 civilians were killed in the oblast within a day, and 5 more were injured.
As a result of the shelling, 40 civilian objects were destroyed, including 29 residential buildings, including 3 multi-apartment buildings, a dispensary, a granary and agricultural machinery, a factory, a water tower, a stadium, garages and outbuildings.
