Russian forces launched S-300 missiles on the city of Kharkiv on the night of 29-30 July, which struck a three-storey building of a local college, causing a large fire to break out.

Quote from Terekhov: “Three missiles were launched on the college. According to preliminary information, [these were] S-300 [missiles]. The main building has been destroyed. The fire was large, but our firefighters have managed to extinguish it.”
Details: The SES has added that 18 fire-fighting appliances and over 100 rescue workers have been deployed to extinguish the fire.
The second strike on Kharkiv targeted the Kholodna Hora (Cold Mountain) neighbourhood. Missiles hit empty ground there and there were no casualties.
