Details: The occupiers use various schemes to force people to obtain a Russian passport.
For the people of Melitopol and its surroundings, occupiers have announced requirements for land shares. Persons who still have lease agreements for land shares must renew their leases and be issued new ones. Persons whose contract term has expired must conclude a new contract based on the received Russian passport and in accordance with Russian legislation.
If the term of the contract expires and the owner does not appear, they are deprived of the right to own land shares.
Also, occupation authorities announced that from the beginning of September, Ukrainian licence plates on vehicles must be changed to temporary ones, but for this, citizens must also have a Russian passport.
In the occupied territory of Kherson Oblast, so-called local authorities called on agricultural producers to register their activities and pay taxes according to the legislation of the Russian Federation. Those who refuse will be deprived of land ownership rights, and agribusiness owners will be expelled from the oblast.
