The Russian invaders are trying to organise the deportation to the Russian Federation of orphaned children and children without parental care from the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk Oblast.

Quote from Haidai: “The Presidential Commissioner for children’s rights of the Russian Federation came to the occupied cities with this intention.
Therefore, in a few days, more than 100 children without parental care and orphans will be taken to Russia. Russians are leaving the occupied cities without men, who are forcibly mobilised, and now they are also taking away children.“
Details: According to Haidai, this is another example of the inability of the occupation authorities to establish even the basic social services that had been operating for years in Ukraine, namely the financing of boarding schools and sanatorium schools.
We will remind that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, more than 5 thousand Ukrainian children have been subjected to forced deportation.
