Russian troops hit a high-rise building in Voznesensk with a rocket: 12 injured, including children (ADDED)

Russian occupying forces launched a rocket attack on the city of Voznesensk in the Mykolaiv region. As a result of the impact on the high-rise building, 12 people, including children, were injured.

This was announced by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, Hanna Zamazeyeva, and the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Government Vitaliy Kim.

During the shelling of Voznesensk, Russian troops hit a five-story building and private houses. As of 1:25 p.m., there are 8 wounded, including three children. Hanna Zamazeyeva reported that the two children injured as a result of the shelling are being operated on the spot in Voznesensk. The third child with serious injuries is taken to the regional center for assistance.

Updated at 1:45 p.m. Vitaly Kim reported on 9 wounded, including 4 children: “The children are all seriously injured. Age from 3 to 17 years old.

Updated at 4:17 p.m. According to the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the number of injured has increased to 12. As a result of the impact on the high-rise building, 2 entrances to the building were damaged, as well as private houses and vehicles located nearby.

The prosecutor’s office began a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
