Hundreds of dead and “colossal” damage: the Izyum City Council spoke about the consequences of the city’s occupation

During half a year of Russian occupation, almost 80% of the infrastructure in the city of Izyum, Kharkiv region, was destroyed. According to preliminary estimates, about a thousand people died there.
