The head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Serhiy Gaidai, reported this in Telegram.
“The occupying authorities of the Luhansk Region continue to claim that nothing threatening is happening allegedly in the territory of the region, or as they say the “republic”. Just in case, mobile Internet is turned off in the region. As the local operator explains, this is an order of the occupation authorities to ensure defense capability and security. Previously, they did not focus on these issues,” Gaidai said.
He added that, at the same time, queues at checkpoints have not been decreasing for several days.
As reported, after the September counteroffensive in the direction of Kharkiv, the Armed Forces of Ukraine entered the border with Russia, and also came close to the administrative border of Luhansk Oblast in the area of Svatovo and Kreminna.
