The head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, reports an increase in the shelling of Sloviansk and Kramatorsk.
Comment: (Pavlo Kyrylenko on the air of the national telethon) “There is a tendency to increase shelling of such cities as Slovyansk and Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk – periodic shelling is conducted. It can be stated that there is no safe or relatively safe place in the region.”
Pavlo Kyrylenko also reported that in the morning Russian troops shelled “exclusively the urban infrastructure” of Kostyantynivka, there are no victims.
