Since the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine, 30 people have been killed in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast due to shelling by the Russian army. Oleg Sichkaruk, head of the Kryvorizka district administration of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region, announced this at a briefing.

According to his data, eight people died, including one child, due to contact with explosive objects.

Among the dead was a rescue worker who was putting out a fire caused by shelling in the Novomoskovsk district.

Pyrotechnics destroy explosive objects in the area every day, which are left after shelling, usually these are cluster elements. Most of them were found in Zelenodolsk and Apostol communities.

During the four months of the war, 3,500 munitions were destroyed in Kryvorizhzhia. Many cassettes are still lying around – in forest strips, in the grass, on homesteads.
